What do you do after a driving incident?

When the other driver’s insurance had repaired my car after driving into the back of me, I sold the Audi A1, for which I had exchanged the Audi TT

The car that hit me was of similar value, same brand, 2 sizes larger, and only 2 years older

A lot of drivers have been out to get me for reasons that aren’t true, unfortunately for everyone involved including me

My most modern car now is a 1984 VW Golf, for which I paid £0. The 1970s Austin Allegros are similarly cheap, a really cheap car when a common sight in the 1980s

Travel for architecture staff:

The desk at home or office is usually the furthest architecture staff travel. Most travel is via Google Earth

Previously for more local projects for customers of architecture firms, I would travel in the lead architect’s car to the property owner’s project location

Unfortunately any jealousy of me for travel is certified insane. Unfortunately interference of me by the certifiable insane is to be reversed, because confiscations of necessary information is evil without reason

Please reverse interference and apologise for misread of travel, or the obtaining of confiscated information is excruciating embarrassment of anyone misled to be jealous of travel to projects I never travel to

It’s amazing how quickly life changes

The 2 bedroom house suddenly had a bed in the living room because Mark Anderson-Foster had suddenly become bedridden, hence the need for relocation

These are the estate agents photos of a small East London house, which had become unsuitable for care

The table had become a desk, which I used when restrictions forced me to work remotely, for construction of NHS, Amazon and Lidl infrastructure facilities

Always enjoy your every day without childish arguments or bad attitude to workers, because you never know when health will cripple you too

As you can see from only two bedrooms and only one downstairs room, allegations of mansion are childish trolling

Within 6 months of the photos, idiotic trolls were being pedantic about handling of two bereavements and relocating 200 miles around necessary employment

Once upon a time (1980), 32% of people (1 in 3) received council housing, with a small number in private rented, and the majority able to afford mortgage borrowed accommodation

From 1980 to 2024, the council housing figure collapsed from 32% to only 16% (1 in6), with the balance needing to rent from private landlords, typically more expensive for inferior accommodation

At the same time, mortgages have been impossibly unaffordable for most young professionals since the 1990s, forcing workers to live in private rented accommodation instead of mortgage hire purchase to become homeowners

Rental of private accommodation, which is unmanaged and often inferior, has become more typical than council and housing association housing. The Walthamstow rental I lived as bedsit tenant is the exception, a competent well kept private rental. Most of the other 15 were squalid

London is worst case: probably half of people needing to live in London for work face the rental of inferior accommodation from landlords for double the price of council accommodation. Negative coin, because London has become so expensive that only an £80000 salary can achieve first time buyer mortgage loan to escape workers from the private rental trap

Drag queens used to shout “council or private” to establish partisan lines within the audience. Sadly such a gross simplification that actually wrong, missing the majority who cannot have council or mortgage accommodation

The sad truth is that the majority in London (where accommodation more than twice the cost of elsewhere), and a significant minority elsewhere, are neither council or private, but sufferering typically inferior accommodation at expensive rents from private landlords. Good landlords are a minority

I rented from 3 Portsmouth and 13 London landlords when student and young professional from 1987 to 2009, and wasn’t able to begin the challenge of 25 year mortgage borrowing until aged 40, with only a tight 25 years to reduce the loan before retirement

The statement shows a negative balance, and £24 of bank charges going to international lending banks where it cannot ever be beneficial to any humanity anywhere

Useless to everyone when income is diverted directly to Barclaycard and other institutions where impossible to benefit anyone ever

A normal situation for every student for several years of wages employment, until years of necessary student borrowing are reduced from increasing of wages

It has been the strategy of judgemental bullies to repeatedly impact me financially, actively increasing the obviously negative finances of necessary borrowing. Numbers have become bigger at every forced interference ever because of misread of negative figures to be positive

The situation now is the same immoral forced interest payments to financial institutions, except that the forced immoral interest charges are now more than £200 per month diverted to where never possible to benefit any humanity ever

Misread of financial figures polarity is stifling of growth to prevent any crop for anyone ever. Any fail to learn to create growth to crop, instead of temper tantrums at being informed, is eternal fail of ever growing anything to crop

Either cope with the criticism which is the key to growth to make crops, or stay with the crying and useless misread, to ensure hunger is eternal

To avoid everyone’s hunger, necessary to cope with the embarrassment of changing opinion to align to actual numerical science

Some believe I’ve embezzled the properties I did work for from architectural offices everywhere

Unfortunately the paid tasks have only ever been wages employment, with property owners name identity at every item of paperwork, never hidden, and permanently visible at official records

For example, agent of the owner is me, and the owner is identified as “applicant”

Unfortunately misunderstanding of standard life wages employment that displaced me from my original location 30 years ago when misjudged to be a property owner when unfortunately only a property worker
