Just a quick reminder that, during the current hot weather, the re-schedule window is set to 1 hour before your session starts.
If you need to move your booking, simply:
✅ Log in to the My Account area on our website
✅ Select View Bookings
✅ Choose the Re-schedule option

🌞 The hot weather is due to start tomorrow! 🌞
To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, please make use of the re-schedule option if you’d prefer to move your session to a cooler time of day.
For the duration of the heat, we have:
☀️ Temporarily reduced the re-schedule notice period to just 2 hours
☀️ Opened additional cooler-time sessions:
• 5:30am and 8:30pm slots at Fidos Field, Bradfield
• 8pm slots at Midgham

Our Woodland Walkies in Tilehurst and Farleigh Forest in Basingstoke also stay lovely and cool during warmer weather. If you’d like to move your session to one of these enclosures, please email us at [email protected] 🐾

Big things coming in this fabulous space ❤️

Groundwork’s are well underway at our Arborfield site, over the last few weeks the team have been finishing Spring maintenance projects at the enclosures and now it’s all hands on deck!

With the beautiful light evenings we are on our full summer open hours!

🌅 The earliest bound on offer is the 6.30am at Fidos field this is followed by Midgham Meadows and Little London both opening at 7.00am
