👉🏻 Important Update – Trial Session Payments.

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we will now be taking payment in advance for all trial sessions.

Please note that trial sessions are held exclusively for your dog(s) only, meaning we dedicate the entire day to that household and cannot take any other bookings. When sessions are cancelled at short notice, it results in a full day of lost income.

As trial session dates are limited and there is currently a 4+ week wait for availability, we hope this change will ensure our time is respected and slots are used effectively.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We know that being away from home can sometimes make dogs feel unsettled, anxious and often a little poorly. That’s why we go the extra mile, whether it’s sitting up with them throughout the night in our bed or curling up on the sofa with them so they never feel alone. We’ll always do what’s needed to keep them calm and cared for.

Sadly, it’s common for other home boarding businesses to switch their phones off for long periods overnight and in the morning, meaning owners can’t reach anyone in an emergency. To reassure our lovely clients - our phones are on 24/7, so if you ever need us, you can get through straight away - day and night!

When it comes to updates, we strike the right balance. We don’t want to ping your phone every hour and spoil your time away, but we’ll tailor updates to what makes you feel reassured, whether that’s a daily picture and a short message, or more frequent check-ins with daily videos if you or your pup needs a little extra TLC.

We make sure both dogs and their humans are cared for, so you can relax knowing we’re right there for you and your four-legged family members - always! ❤️
