Makes my blood immediately boil.
Between the local dog walker group we saw at least 5 dogs being walked in the midday heat today. My car was in the shade and was reading 29.5 degrees. I saw a springer spaniel being walked as I drove to a garden visit for 2 doggos who we had to take refuge indoors for because even the garden was way too hot!

Some people are idiotic and do not deserve dogs.
