REMINDER
I am currently on holiday and won’t be responding to any messages or calls until next week.
Also, I am not taking any more bookings than what I’ve already got in. I’d encourage you to look for a new groomer now rather than your dogs being overdue an appointment as this is uncomfortable for them and can cause matting & knots.

I’m sorry to announce that I will be closing Dapper Dogs. I’ve thought about it for a while but I feel like it’s the right thing to do for me.
I will honour most appointments I have booked but I won’t be taking on any more bookings. I’ll be in touch with anyone that has an appointment I can no longer keep.
If anyone wants to cancel their appointment please message me and I’ll pop you a refund through for your deposit.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Just a reminder to give me at least 3 weeks notice when booking appointments please. It’s not very often I have appointments available for the next week like I used to. Which is fab for me getting busier so thank you💫 but it does mean you’re having to wait longer for your appointments.
I would always recommend you booking the next one in on the day of your last appointment so we’ve got one booked in. You can also use my Fresha page to book appointments which may be quicker, we all know I’m rubbish with my messages🤣
Also reminder that I’m taking deposits either as cash on the day of the last appointment or by bank transfer.

The way this falls with the days I do at my other job means I will not be grooming between 20th March - 12th April. If you are due to be in around this time you will have to look at coming in either before or after I get back.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused. I will try my best to get you in at a time that works best for you 🐶
Also chances are I will not be replying to any messages or calls about booking your dogs in while I’m away. You can either leave a message or a voicemail and I’ll get back to you asap.
