Please see above for dates Happy Paws will not be operating due to staff holidays. This post will be updated as and when things come up/change. While I know 2026 is a while a way, it’s the year I get married🎉💍 So I have a fair bit of time off, therefore hoping to give you lovely lot enough notice!
If your services are usually/can be provided by Tracey, there’s a high likelihood they will go ahead on these dates as normal, but I will chat to you all on a one to one basis if this affects you.

We have 1 spot on the ‘Lab Walk’ every Tuesday morning, if you’re interested pop us a message!
Must be: Male Lab, (or any male large breed dog) 100% dog friendly! This is an enclosed dog field, so 100% recall isn’t necessary, (although I do need to get them back at the end of the hour😆)

Little bit of a business update for you all.❤️

We’ve had a difficult few months at Happy Paws, and we need to make a few changes to make this work.❤️

Price Increase
We haven’t had a price increase at all since we started, it’s not something I want to do, but it’s something that’s necessary, rising costs of fuel, supplies and the cost of living mean to keep this going, a small price increase will be across the board.

Paying on time
It is absolutely necessary that you pay on time, I have been extremely lenient on lots of people but it’s not something I can do anymore.
For regular clients a payment link is sent out on a Friday, this needs to be paid before the Sunday, otherwise I cannot book you in for the following week, (there are exceptions and I will speak to you on a one to one basis).

Cancellations
Regular slots: We need at least 24 hours to cancel your slot, anything within this time frame, unless otherwise discussed, will still be charged at full price.
Holiday Cancellations: Please give us as much notice at cancelling holiday dates, as soon as you book, we hold those dates for you, often turning down many other clients, we understand things change, just please keep us in the loop!

We are very sorry for the boring, moany post, it’s not something we enjoy doing, (honestly). We have got to the point where changes need to be made, we really love all your pets and do not want to give this up, we love what we do and really hope we can continue to do so many years into the future.

And FINALLY, (and more positively), please welcome Jessie to the Happy Paws family, we have adopted this crazy Dobermann from a rescue in Romania! We have lots of work to do with her but she’s slotted right in to the family, and Odie is absolutely in love with her! We will post more about Jessie and the dog rescue in future posts!
