Hi everyone.
Can you all please double check your appointments as this week we’ve had a massive influx of last min cancellations or NO SHOWS resulting in hundreds of pounds worth of losses for the business.
We understand things happen and it’s a hectic time for everyone but it seems people are generally forgetting until they get the reminder text the day before, or even when we contact them actually at their appointment time when they don’t show up.
It is the busiest time of year for us like pretty much every service and we are turning people away/ have a cancellation list, so please please double check the appointments you’ve booked and let us know atleast 48 hrs in advance if you cannot make your appointment so we atleast have chance to fill it.
Going forward any cancel within 24hrs will be charged in full as per our cancellation policy.
