Ryders Farm is a family run business, established 25 years ago by Sarah Fitton, a BHS Stage 5 performance coach in Complete Horsemanship. We are a BHS approved Riding School and Livery Yard, an Official Pony Club Centre and approved by the Local Authority. We specialise in riding lessons for all ages and abilities, encouraging people to enjoy the sport of riding and love horses as we do. We are al

ways happy to see new faces (and old friends) and you are welcome to visit our yard, but please, no dogs. We know sometimes the urge to see, touch, talk to and yes, even smell a pony, is overwhelming so even if you’re not riding feel free to visit us, feed the ducks, chat to others on the yard, have a coffee and enjoy yourself. Our instructors, yard staff, reception and admin are all dedicated to ensure that your experience at Ryders Farm Equestrian Centre – whether owner, visitor, student, parent, rider , horse or pony - is one which you enjoy and treasure.

Our Summer Cup Series 2026 is officially underway! ☀️

This morning we kicked things off with Connor’s Up to 70cm Showjumping Clinic, which was a brilliant start to the series.

Tomorrow we continue with our first Mini Cup Series session, full of fun and games, before our Prelim Dressage Clinic with Leah on Thursday🙌.

A reminder that bookings for our Summer Cup Championship on 19th August are now open via EC Pro. We can’t wait to see everyone taking part over the coming weeks! 🏆

It has officially been a year since we introduced these wonderful three additions to the team!🩷

Since then, Oliver and Polly have become working liveries, and they’ve all grown into huge favourites. ❤️ They’ve had so much fun learning with every rider and building confidence over the last year.

Tony the Pony is as cheeky as ever, Polly is the independent queen we know and love, and Oliver is as genuine as they come, always trying his absolute hardest☺️
