๐Ÿ’› A little reminder...

Unfortunately, I've had a few appointments recently where clients haven't turned up and haven't let me know. As much as I understand that life can be unpredictable, no-shows without any communication have a big impact on my small business.

Every appointment that is missed is lost income for me, and it's also an appointment that could have been offered to someone else who has been waiting.
Going forward, if you are unable to make your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. If an appointment is missed without any notice, the full cost of the missed appointment will need to be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

Thank you to everyone who turns up, gives notice if they need to rearrange, and continues to support my business. Your respect for my time means more than you know, and it helps keep my small business going. I really do appreciate you all โค๏ธ

After 4 years of grooming, I'm finally opening the doors to MY VERY OWN SALON! Renovations are well underway, and I'll be ready to welcome you all in the next few weeks. โœ‚๏ธ๐Ÿถ

I want to say the biggest thank you to all of my amazing customers who have supported me and stayed loyal since the very beginning. Without every single one of you, this wouldn't have been possible, and I'll be forever grateful. โค๏ธ

With the very warm weather we're currently experiencing, the health and wellbeing of the dogs in my care is always my highest priority.

While I will do my best to keep all appointments as scheduled, there may be occasions where appointments need to be rearranged at short notice if temperatures become too high for dogs to travel or be groomed safely and comfortably.

If your appointment is affected, I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date and time. Also Please remember to keep your dogs cool, provide plenty of fresh water, and avoid walking them during the hottest parts of the day. ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’™

Milo ๐Ÿ’™ I had the pleasure of giving this handsome boy his very first puppy groom yesterday, and he was an absolute superstar! He did amazingly well, enjoyed plenty of cuddles and treats, and completely stole my heart. I can't wait to see him again for his next pamper ๐Ÿพ
