Rex who is boarding with us and Ebony who is my own rabbit were both rescued from a hoarding situation. It is absolutely crazy that I now know Rex's mum through work at the exotic animal vets and am currently bunny sitting him with his wife bun lilo.
I love a story with a happy ending and it's been amazing to chat to Rex's mumma and see photos of them in their past life (as horrid as it was) together. We are wondering if they are possibly related as hoarders tend to have that many from breeding!
Rex and Ebony were part of the last to be rescued so they were together right up to the end of this rescue mission!

Fun fact Rex was rescued from the same near 40 rabbits in a hoarding situation that our Ebony was rescued from and I must say they have very similar facial features and giant ears! 🤔
Thank goodness all the rabbits have been rescued and found loving homes from that awful situation! 🩷
