It’s great to look back to see how far I’ve come.

You can do this too, I can help you.

I can support you no matter where you are in the UK. Either in person, if you are local to me, or virtual for those more distant.

What a fabulous gesture! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Two of my amazing ‘12 Week £ for lb Challenge’ Slimmers have donated their cash prizes to The Sick Children’s Trust, Scott’s House, Freeman Hospital, Newcastle.🤩

Their partners had also agreed to match whatever they achieved, so that’s double the £’s that they lost going to this fab charity.

So so proud of them, taking up the 12 week challenge, losing lbs, making £’s & donating them to charity 🤩👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I have the best Slimmers 🥰🥰

Wow! What can I say, Dapper Dogz is 11 years old today. Thank-you to all my wonderful clients, many of you that have been with me from the start 🥂

Unfortunately with my salon being in my home I’m still unable to reopen but will hope to see you all again when I’m allowed - missing you all 🥰🥰🥰
