I had some devastating news yesterday, my little lamb, the lovely Molly, has peacefully crossed over the rainbow bridge after battling with cancer for some time.

Molly, you will be so greatly missed by all of us, you were the sweetest, kindest, brightest, enthusiastic little girl with a heart of solid gold.

My heart goes out to your mum, and your sister Merry.

When Teddy first joined me a few years ago, he was a bundle of nerves, he was reactive, he had no recall, and his owner was at a loss as to how to manage his behaviour.

After a few weeks of gentle one-to-one introductions, he started regular walks with my friendly carefully chosen pack walk dogs, and he slowly began to realise that not every dog was a threat. He learned that his energy was better spent playing and paying attention to me rather than being reactive, and he started to let his guard down.

Teddy is now one of the most sociable, fun and playful dogs I walk. His owner’s friends are able to bring their dogs into his home, and he’s able to be walked off lead.

Teddy is one of my biggest success stories! I’m so proud of him and how far he has come. He still has his triggers and odd moments where he forgets himself, but we don’t strive for perfection here, we just do what we can to create happy, confident and contented safe dogs. And it works! Teddy is testament to that.

Here he is with two of his four best friends with the biggest smile on his face! He gets so excited to see them and the feeling is mutual. More often than not he’s waiting by the door for me when I turn up. He plays beautifully and has learned some great skills along the way.

We love you Teddy!
