While today may be "Freedom Day" and most restrictions have been relaxed, I will be continuing with the drop off and collection at the shop entrance. In addition, while I don't expect anyone to wear a mask, I will be continuing to wear a face covering for the foreseeable future due to having vulnerable family members. Thank you. 👍🏻

⚠️⚠️LOCKDOWN UPDATE⚠️⚠️

Following the update from the Prime Minister this evening, I would like to confirm that in accordance with published restrictions, I will be remaining OPEN.

I will post below the updated rules which state that groomers may continue to be used for "animal welfare".

As many of my customers dogs will be subject to potential matting fur and overgrown nails for example, resulting in potential welfare issues should they miss an appointment, I consider grooming essential and will remain open for all essential appointments.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.

Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and New year.

I just wanted to confirm that we will be remaining open. Myself and many of my customers are now in Tier 4, however, as many dogs need to be groomed for their welfare, I will remain open until I am required to close.

If anyone is unable to keep their appointment for Covid related reasons, please let me know as soon as possible.

In addition, can I please stress the importance of wearing a face covering and even though I offer a socially distanced drop off and collection, I request that where possible, customers please wear a face covering, for your increased protection and mine.

Just a quick reminder.

Could all of my customers please ensure they follow government guidelines regarding face coverings and social distancing when dropping off and collecting your dog. I understand that not all dogs will happily go in the crate, alternative options are available. If anyone has any queries on our procedures, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
