😷 customer notice 😷

Pampered paws will be closed until further notice as I have tested positive for COVID this morning
I will be contacting anyone who has an appointment booked in for the next week
I have transfered all calls to my mobile so I can still take appointment's please note new bookings will now most likely be in March as those booked in this week will get first refusal for new appointment's

😷😷 FACE MASKS 😷😷

It is now a LEGAL requirement to wear masks in retail so that includes my salon

Please wear a mask as soon as you enter (unless legally exempt)

I totally appreciate sometimes you forget a mask.. but don’t worry!
I have lots of disposable masks. Please just let me know and I can bring you one to put on.

Please be kind regardless of your view on masks the government have made it the law so that in turn means I would be breaking the law if i did not enforce it.

I would just like to thank everyone that has continued to be kind and patient throughout this pandemic and I hope this can continue …in the hope that we can all have an amazing Christmas with our loved ones!

As of today 19th July the government have relaxed some of the covid restrictions about wearing masks & social distancing
I have made the decision to still continue with wearing masks 😷 & social distancing I would appreciate it when dropping & collecting your dogs you could also wear a mask
Look forward to the day when we can all be mask free

🐾 important update 🐾

I am pleased to announce that pampered paws can remain open during the month long lock down dog groomers can remain open due to animal welfare as stated on the government's website
Restrictions are in place to help keep us all safe

Only one customer dropping the dog off for grooming

All customers must wear a face mask

Their is a no entry sign on the door & the door will be locked untill your appointment

The dog will be collected from you at the door & I will put my own lead on your dog you will take off all collars, leads & harnesses

If you can not make an appointment or are unwell or are self isolating can you please let me know asap as I have limited time & space for each dog as everything has to be disinfected between customers

When your dog is ready i will ring you can you please make sure I have an up to date contact telephone number

Unfortunately no walk in appointment's are available during lockdown appointment's are available via phone or on my business page
