Animal Behaviour Academy

Animal Behaviour Academy The ABA provides a pet sitting and dog walking service in the local area, specialising in pet behaviour and training.

Owned and run by Natalie Marshall BSc (Hons), the Animal Behaviour Academy (ABA) was established in early 2014. Our primary aim is to promote awareness of animal behaviour through our pet services with training and advice. We currently provide the following as part of our pet sitting and dog walking service in Abergavenny and the surrounding areas:

- Pet Sitting: looking after your cats, rabbits,

fish and any other small animals whilst you are away.

- Dog Walking: half hour to full hour walks from your home around your local area. Whether you are working, on holiday, suddenly called away or need general assistance with pet care; we are here to help. You can message us, email us at [email protected] or call us on 07879 688 254 to make a booking

There's been a lot of shared posts, supposedly from a vet, but without any real evidence that it is, saying not to give your dogs ice in this heat. Here's the truth, from a qualified, real-life UK vet.

Come on everyone let’s dispel the stupid ice myth. You can give your dogs ice to keep them cool over the hot days. It DOES NOT cause them to increase their body temperature, it actually KEEPS THEM COOL.

Pop in their bowl or freeze some treats. Don’t put it in their bum to cool them, another stupid myth.

ICE IS GOOD FOR COOLING DOGS, yes it really is (from a vet)
