One of the sides of dog walking we don't really talk about is how attached we get to the dogs we take care of. We do a little "heart" swap with each and every pooch we get to spend time with.
Today was one of the hard days where sadly Boo Boo, the original matriarch of Alpha Pet Care left us for rainbow bridge. After 11 years with us sharing her big, bright and goody personality she leaves a huge hole.
No doubt she's already racing around up there with her sister Gerty. Our hearts go out to John and Mandy at the loss of their gorgeous girl.

What a great week it's been, full of wagging tails, soggy paws, and happy adventures! There's nothing better than seeing dogs enjoying fresh air, making new furry friends, and coming home tired and content. 🐶💚

Who needs a gym membership when you're a dog walker walking four paws, and endless enthusiasm? 🐾🏖️

Today's workout included:
🐕 Sprinting after a ball that mysteriously changed direction.
🌊 Water resistance training (also known as splashing through the waves!).
🏃 Interval training with a few surprise zoomies.
👃 A thorough sniff inspection of every inch of sand.
🕳️ Excavation practice... because every beach needs a few extra holes!

Calories burned? Countless.
Sticks collected? Not enough.
Sand taken home? All of it! 😂

Nothing beats watching happy dogs stretching their legs, making new friends, and having the time of their lives by the sea. A tired dog is a happy dog... and judging by these faces, today's workout was a huge success! 🐶❤️
