Cancellation Policy Reminder 🐶

Hi everyone,

We’d like to kindly remind all of our lovely customers about our salon’s cancellation policy.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Unfortunately, missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will incur a £20 charge per dog.

We truly don’t like having to enforce this, but it is necessary to help cover staff wages—now £15 per hour—as well as the day-to-day running costs of the salon.

We understand that cancellation fees can feel frustrating, but many businesses charge up to 50% of the grooming cost. We’ve tried to keep our fee as fair and reasonable as possible.

We will be closed on Good Friday and Bank Holiday Monday so the girls can enjoy time with their own families.

With the warmer weather (hopefully!) on the way, things are starting to get busier. Don’t forget to book your dog’s appointment early to avoid missing out in the coming months.

Customer Notice

We’d like to let all our customers know that there has been a break-in at the property next door to the salon. Unfortunately, there is broken glass on the road and along the path around the corner from us.

If you are walking your dog to the salon, we recommend approaching from the road side of the shop when entering, as we wouldn’t want any dogs to cut their paws.

We have done our best to clean up as much as we can, but there may still be small pieces of glass that are difficult to see.

Thank you for your understanding and please take care when approaching the salon.
