Well… this is it everyone 🐾❤️
After nearly 6 incredible years of Just Pawing Around, we have closed our gates for the very last time. And wow… what an emotional rollercoaster these past few weeks have been 🥹
We’ve been blown away by the thoughtful cards, beautiful gifts, kind words, and the heartfelt messages and conversations we’ve shared. Every single one has meant more to us than we could ever properly put into words. Thank you for showing us so much love at the end of this chapter 💌✨
It feels impossible to sum up what these years have meant to us without writing a novel. Every single day we would say how lucky we are, lucky to do what we love, lucky to be surrounded by wagging tails, soggy paws, happy barks, and the most incredible dogs. This wasn’t just a job to us… it was our passion, our routine, our safe place 🐶💚
Whether you’ve been part of JPA since the very beginning or only joined us recently- thank you.
Thank you for trusting us.
Thank you for letting us love your dogs like they were our own.
Thank you for allowing us to live our dream every single day.
We will never truly be able to express how grateful we are.
Not one dog will ever be forgotten, our regulars, our ad-hoc visitors, and especially those who are no longer with us 🌈🐾 Each and every one has left pawprints on our hearts and helped shape JPA into what it became.
We are so grateful for…
🐾 Watching nervous dogs grow in confidence - seeing fearful pups learn to trust, play, and love being a JPA dog
🐾 The cuddles… endless, priceless cuddles 🥰
🐾 Achieving our 5⭐️ licence rating at every inspection, something we were so proud of
🐾 The unbreakable bonds formed with your dogs
🐾 The chats, laughs, and friendships with you owners, truly the loveliest community we could have ever wished for
🐾 Working alongside people who became far more than colleagues… lifelong friends ❤️
To wherever your dogs go next, if they do, we hope they are so incredibly happy. Any daycare, walker, or establishment will be beyond lucky to have them. And if we’re honest… we’re a little jealous 💔 Because they won’t just be caring for dogs, they’ll be caring for some of the most special souls we’ve ever known.
We’ve loved it all. The rain, the cold, the chaos, the barking, the early mornings, the busy days, every single moment has been treasured 🌧️🐕✨
Our community group will remain open because we simply cannot imagine not knowing how our JPA family is getting on. We would love to stay in touch and continue cheering your pups on from afar. If you’re a customer and not in the group, please join- we’re not ready to let go completely 💚
There’s nothing more we can really say… it’s been emotional beyond words. We wish so deeply that we could remain open, but sometimes life has other plans. Even so, we walk away feeling incredibly proud, unbelievably grateful, and so very lucky to have had this journey.
This isn’t goodbye… it’s see you soon 🐾❤️
