Today we have launched our NEW WEBSITE with updated information, staff introductions and most importantly our online booking system - Revelation Pets. 🐕🐈🐇🦜

From 2026 onwards we will be upgrading to a new online booking software where you can request dates, update your pet’s information, have your own Customer & Pet Profiles, see your upcoming bookings… and so much more!

If you are an existing customer, simply log in to Revelation Pets from our website, using your email address and follow the steps to create a password. Please use the same email address that you have given us previously.

New customers will have to register an account with us on Revelation Pets.

We recommend putting as much detail as possible onto your Customer & Pet Profiles to create a better booking experience in future, and an easier check-in on arrival.

*KENNEL COUGH VACCINE (KC)*

Hello to all our amazing customers, we thought that we should make a post about the Kennel Cough Vaccine as recently we have sadly had to refuse entry to a few of our boarders.

Animal Lodge does NOT require any dog to be vaccinated against Kennel Cough! It is a live vaccine, meaning that they can transmit Kennel Cough up to 2 weeks after the vaccine has been given.

If you do choose for your dog to get the KC
Vaccine, they must have it over 14 DAYS PRIOR to boarding with us. Any dog that arrives within 14 days of having the KC Vaccine will be refused entry and their booking will be cancelled. Any customer unable to provide a vaccination card on entry for both cats or dogs may also be refused entry.

Please double check with your vets if they are giving your dog the vaccine, as some of our customers seem to be unaware that their dog has been given the KC Vaccine.
