Hi everyone. I'm currently lambing and have had to stop all grooms. My daughter had a accident last night which resulted in a trip to A&E with the outcome of a broken arm. Please bare with me I hope to be back up and running after the Easter holidays. X

Happy New Year.
Most of my clients are aware I have a small flock of 86 breeding ewes. As well as the grooming business and 2 children. I've had my first lamb born yesterday and my appointments from Feb, March, and mid April at the salon I have to keep at a minimum as im busy with the ewes and new arivals. Some appointments may have to run over their usual routine and I'm booking an appointment at a time so no weekly repeats for the time being. Luckily the temperature is pretty chilly.

Hi all,
Just a quick update lambing live is nearing the end but unfortunately my daughter has managed to fracture her big toe on Monday and also has an open wound infection 😢. We have been to A&E twice this week and now waiting for a referral appointment from Torbay fracture clinic. Sorry for possible delays on dogs which are currently overdue but my family must come first. I'm waiting to hear from torbay before I book any dogs in.

IMPORTANT- SORRY SMALL RANT 🚨
1-Could I please remind everyone to be prompt for their appointments at drop off and picking up please. I don't book out lunch as I'm to busy. I allow 15 minutes between each groom so if you are late collecting it messes up the day. I know sometimes it can't be helped but its happening alot at the moment.
2-All payments are due on the day of the groom please. Cash or bank transfer are accepted and can be done day before the groom if this maybe forgotten. I am chasing up late payments on a weekly basis.
3- Missed appointments are charged at the full groom price . Time is booked out to groom your dog so in the event of a no show that appointment could of been filled by another client on my list.
LASTLY HOLIDAY -I am on holiday 20th Oct until 1st Nov please note the diary is pretty full on my return. I will be turning my phone off to enjoy some family time which I haven't done the whole 12 years of starting up the grooming business.
