Darcy’s humans wanted to get going straight away with some top tips and tricks, to ensure they are creating good habits right from the start 👏

Last week we had a telephone consultation, there’s soooo much we can talk through before meeting! 😉

We can’t wait to welcome them all to our next ‘Perfect Puppies’ course next month 🥰😍❤️

Today we delved into the murky depths of distractions, how to improve focus, using a long line, whistle training, connection and proofing behaviours 😅

Fabulous classes today where we practiced a multitude of exercises to help with:

Walking nicely on lead
Polite meetings
Settle
Emergency stops
Send aways
Waits/stays

Impulse control
Confidence
Focus

We also worked hard on ticking off exercises for our WWs ‘Life Skills’ Awards.. Admin team will be busy writing out certificates and getting rosettes ready for presentation next week….😉🥳

Absolutely brilliant day of training, as always.

We feel so very proud and privileged to be part of everyone’s training journey 🥹❤️

Highlight of the day …. The wood pigeon with a death wish and Miss Millie keeping her emotions in check! Hilarious! Impulse control at its very best 🤣🤣🤣
