I require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your grooming appointment.. I will not telephone you if you fail to show up..

if no notice given, I will require a 50% fee of your grooming price, same applies to no shows.. your grooming appointment will automatically be cancelled after 15 mins of your allotted appointment and a 50% deposit will be required in order to re book.. A text will be sent advising that your dog has missed their grooming appointment.. Please ensure your dog has been walked prior to his/her appointment. I will telephone you 10 mins before your dog is ready to be collected.
