We work a lot on self control in my classes and this 9 month old star is showing how he can stay in a down whilst his owner walks out of sight. He doesn’t even move when I try to distract him by walking around 👏🥰

🐾 1-1 with this Labrador puppy yesterday who was refusing to go anywhere near the car after being car sick on a journey a few weeks ago. When I arrived he ran inside to avoid the car but after a session where I showed his owner how to go at his pace, respected when he chose to take a break and when he decided to re-engage I started at the beginning again which allowed him to dictate how close he would get to the car during my visit. What a superstar he was and his owner is continuing to practice the techniques I showed her 👏⭐️

🐾 1-1 pre vaccination visit last week with this gorgeous 11 week old Retriever puppy. Normal early behaviours tackled- puppy biting, introduction of the lead, basic manners and first easy stages of retrieve. Her lovely owners are already noticing a difference -well done to them for being consistent with the training👏
