🎃 The paths may be haunted...
🎃 The pumpkins may be glowing...
🦇 The vampire may be suspiciously small...

But the biggest mystery of all remains...

Where have all the treats disappeared to? 🤔🍖
..and neither the witch nor the count is talking. 🧙‍♀️🧛‍♂️👀

Happy Halloween from everyone at Paws In Motion! 🎃🐾

Parker's life philosophy: if there's water, get in it. If there's a puddle, make it bigger. If there's a river, become one with it. 🌊🐾

🎆 Fireworks season is officially upon us!

A long lasting chew can make all the difference for your dog during fireworks. Chewing is a natural calming behaviour that helps reduce stress and keeps them focused on something positive while the bangs and flashes are going on.

Can anyone help this beautiful old lady 🙏🏻

URGENT

This is Iskara.

Iskara is almost 11 years old and is due to be euthanised this week.

The reason? Her owners didn’t want her anymore so they let her out onto the streets and she is now in the stray system.

11 years old!!!!!

We have no space at all to help this poor old lady but if someone can foster her for us then we will be happy to be her rescue back up.

She is quite an independent old girl and would probably be better as the only dog. She just wants a warm sofa and somewhere safe to lay her head.

Please complete the foster form on our website www.secondchanceakitarescue.co.uk if you can help.

We cannot and will not kennel an dog of this age so please do only apply if you are serious and can offer her a serious foster home and are prepared to work with whatever little quirks us oldies have.

Firework Season Prep Underway! 🐕🐈

It’s that time of year again, and the unpredictable bangs can be terrifying for our furry friends. 😢 Start preparing NOW to help your pet cope with the noise.

🏡 Build Their Fortress of Solitude: Now's the perfect moment to set up a cosy retreat for your furry friend. Find a quiet spot, drape thick blankets over a crate or even just a sturdy table, and load it with their favourite bed and comfort toys. The earlier they get used to it, the better!

Rain outside? Cinema time. 🎬

Kaya loves a dog friendly movie day at Grosvenor Picture Theatre. Warm, cosy, and full of new friends. Much better than soggy paws! ❤️

We'll be back this Sunday. Who's joining us for some movie magic and wagging tails? 🐕🍿
