Feeling shocked but also pleased.

Had a lovely Westie in for her routine grooming yesterday, she was as always very good but seemed to have a little discharge from her v***a and bottom.

Mentioned to her owners whether she might be in season or have a UTI.

They said they would take her via the vet on their way home.

Choices were…. Emergency hysterectomy or put her down!! 😳

She has had her operation and is recovering well at home! 😊💕

So glad i noticed, so glad they reacted quickly!!

They are a worry but we love them!

Had to laugh today, most people know I don’t use cages in the salon very often, but I had two dogs in at the same time recently who needed to be separated, so I go a cage set up.
It is amazing how many of the dogs put themselves into it when I am tidying up.
Dylan today did exactly that! He was very happy!
I had to tell him he had come in for a clip not a snooze! 😂
