We would like to share an important update about how our pricing will work going forward. ✂️
Instead of applying a flat rate increase across all grooms, we have decided to restructure pricing so that it reflects more accurately the time, care and work that goes into each individual dog. Each dog is different and this approach allows us to keep things fair for everyone.
Time taken to groom your dog ⏰️
Some take considerably longer than others, depending on:
• Coat type
• Size
• Styling
• Behaviour and Temperament
• Nervous / Anxious
• Reactive
• Requiring extra handling and patience where more time, care and. attention is needed to ensure safety and comfort.
Time between grooms 🕑
If your dogs schedule is longer than the recommended time frame, it often means extra work, time and product, therefore this could impact on pricing.
What this means is that for some dogs prices will remain the same. Some may see a small increase and some may see a more noticeable increase. This approach allows us to price accordingly in that you will only pay for the work and time your dog actually requires.
Why the change?
This new pricing structure means:
✅ F️airer pricing based on actual groom requirements.
✅️ No unnecessary increases for well maintained dogs.
✅️ The ability to continue providing a high quality service.

These changes will be effective from Monday 13th April 2026.
