It is about time this law was brought in.
As the owner of 2 cats, I can only imagine the heartbreak of losing a cat in a road traffic accident, let alone the not knowing when, where, why and if they could have been saved if the person who hit them had stopped and had got them to the nearest vet.
Please sign the petition below and help thousands of cats and their owners.
Make it the law to stop and report hitting a cat under the road traffic act 1988.
