I'm going to be making some changes to my pricing and I'll appreciate your understanding.
So far this month, Ive lost £510 due to the amount of no shows, late cancellations and flea infestations being brought into the salon!
🛑 There will be a price increase on most breeds.
🛑 No shows and cancellations less than 24 hrs notice will incur a charge of 50% of the groom.
🛑 The odd flea can be forgiven, but if your dog has a flea infestation, there will be a charge added to your groom.
It's only fair that I give everyone else that day the opportunity to rearrange their groom rather than take fleas home, resulting in me losing an entire day's earnings and It costs me money to then treat the salon.
🛑 Matting Charges.
If your dogs coat is heavily matted and needs to be pre clipped before the bath, there will be an extra charge added. Clipping matted coats massively decreases the life span of my equipment.
As you all know, I'm very fair and lenient when it comes to pricing, but no-one can afford to lose this amount of money each month and I'm no different as a small business.
