🚨 FINAL APPTEMPT, EMERGENCY FOSTER APPEAL – 5 KITTENS – TIME CRITICAL 🚨

This is a heartfelt urgent appeal 🆘️

We are desperately seeking a foster placement for five kittens.

These babies have spent their entire lives waiting for their space here at PSR .

The kind person who has been feeding and caring for them can no longer continue after Wednesday, and without a foster space, they will have nowhere to go.

We have been involved from the very beginning, supporting a difficult birth, providing food, worming treatment, sorting moms spay and following their journey since the day they were born. We have watched them grow from fragile newborns into healthy, playful kittens, and we feel a deep responsibility to ensure they are not lost at this final hurdle.

We can provide a Penthouse Original Double kitten unit, giving plenty of space for the whole litter, or a crate setup if required. Everything will be supplied and supported — we simply need a safe foster space to keep them secure.

💔 We are now completely out of time and options are running out fast.

Born evil or learned behaviour... pervert or just plan cruelty 🤬

This is the side of rescue that most people never see and this is actually mild but still makes me so disgusted!!!

People often ask why those in animal rescue can sometimes seem stern, blunt, exhausted, emotional, or as though we have a very short fuse. This is why.

Behind every rescue page, every appeal, every animal saved, there are messages and images that hit like a punch to the chest — day after day, week after week, year after year.

I have just received something so deeply upsetting that I genuinely feel sick with sadness, disgust, and anger beyond words. It feels like my head could explode from the weight of it.

People in rescue carry enormous emotional strain. The anxiety, the sleepless nights, the tears, the heartbreak, the constant pressure, and yes — sometimes depression — come from witnessing cruelty, neglect, suffering, and human indifference far more often than anyone should.

We do not become hardened because we do not care.We become exhausted because we care too much.

So if someone in rescue sounds tired, emotional, defensive, or overwhelmed at times, please remember what they are exposed to daily behind the scenes.

The animals are worth fighting for.But some days, the emotional cost is devastating.

This personally has enraged me so , polite warning stay clear 👊

Where is our mommy ?

A little post about another mom and kittens …

Another mom and kittens were found abandoned in a bush. Thankfully, a kind passerby walking her dog spotted them and took them home to safety until a rescue space became available.

They came into Petsearch once a foster space had been arranged. We believe she may have been dumped alongside another female and litter, as some of the kittens are definitely not all hers. We can only hope and pray that another mom and kittens are found, as it seems they may have been co-parenting and living together in harmony at some point.

It’s heartbreaking to think this has happened.

If the other mom and kittens are found, it would be so lovely to reunite them.

We have a few cats in rescue who need specialist food. One poor little kitty especially who suffers from horrific allergies to most things in life, but this food does seem to be helping somewhat at the moment.

⭐️LAMB ONLY⭐️

If anybody has any of this food that they no longer need, or would kindly like to donate some, we would be incredibly grateful. Every little bit truly helps us continue caring for these special cats.

Please help us care for vulnerable cats and kittens. 🐾
A spare room, office space, kitchen, utility room — even a large crate — could mean the difference between safety and the streets for a cat in need.
We urgently need foster spaces, whether temporary or longer term. Even a one-off placement can make a huge difference.
Every safe space helps us rescue, protect and care for more abandoned and vulnerable cats and kittens.
