Our poor old boy, Jake, had dental surgery yesterday. Several teeth extractions including his two top canines 🦷 . We had been putting it off for a while because we were worried in case he didn’t survive the anaesthetic with him being over 16, but his teeth were in such bad shape it really needed to be done. We were so relieved to get the call that he was ok - Thank you to Animal Trust Vets (Birkenhead Clinic) for taking such good care of him. He’s feeling very sorry for himself but he’s getting plenty of sympathy from us 💕🐶💕
