Please don’t bring any important belongings in with your pooches during their stay, we are constantly changing bedding so it gets put in our washing which is extensive, so we can’t locate specific items, toys get taken out by them at playtime then they take another back to their kennel, so we don’t know what’s theirs, ours, or someone else’s, we also have loads of different bowls which get mixed up with ours. We are spending far too much time trying to locate belongings on collection and as much as we have tried different ways to record and track who has what it’s not working. If in doubt just bring your dogs food, labelled up with instructions please. The dogs take up all our time and looking for your belongings takes our time away from the important job of animal care and attention. Hope you all appreciate this. 🐾🐾🐾🐾
