Happy new year hope u all had a lovely Christmas and new year with your families.

I've never taken deposits for grooms before (only at christmas) now but I feel like I'm going to have to, I've had a few no shows over the past few weeks and I can't fill appointments last minute which is costing me money.

I've had a no show this morning which was 3 dogs which has now cost me £130 which I confirmed on Thursday, it wouldn't of been so bad to get a message to say they can't attend but nothing and I can't fill the appointment this short notice.
I understand people forget and things crop up but please just have the decentcy to let me know. 😒

Please just be aware this is a business which is my lively hood and pays bills.

So I have no other option but to take a £10 deposit when booking your dog in
