To all customers that think it’s okay to get shoes and pay later the ones who are still yet to pay after being asked numerous times if payments are not received in the next 24 hours will be named and shamed and will have to find a new farrier and any future bookings will be cancelled. I am a professional hard working family man and I do not have time to chase people for payment of a service I have provided. FROM NOW ON ALL PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN UP FRONT BEFORE ANY WORK IS DONE ON HORSE. I AM NO LONGER ACCEPTING BANK TRANSFERS CASH OR CARD PAYMENT WITH CARD MACHINE ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS APOLOGIES TO ALL MY LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMERS ITS A SHAME SOME HAVE TO SPOIL IT FOR THE REST. The new £50 enters circulation, and the paper £20 & £50 will be withdrawn in September 2022.

After 30th September 2022 Bank of England paper £20 & £50 note will no longer be legal tender. This means that I will stop accepting paper note after this date, along with other businesses. I encourage people to spend or deposit their remaining paper notes in advance of the withdrawal of legal tender status. Many banks will continue to accept paper notes as deposits from there own customers after 30th September 2022. The post office may also accept withdrawn notes as a deposit into any bank account you can access at the post office. Withdrawn notes are always able to be exchanged with the Bank of England.

The Scottish banknotes, Bank of Scotland, Clydesdale Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland, will also withdraw thier paper £20 & £50 bank note on the same date as the Bank of England
