Veterinary Receptionist Appreciation- Every Day! 🐾🌟

Last week was veterinary receptionist appreciation day, but we believe one day just isn't enough to celebrate the amazing people who are part of the team.

From the warm hellos, comforting smiles to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, our reception team does it all with compassion, patience and professionalism.

whilst there is an official day, our appreciation for them is year round, thank you for everything you do for our clients, patients and teams- every single day! 🐱🐶

🐶Parvovirus is widespread, life-threatening & highly contagious.⚠️ - We have been seeing increasing numbers of parvo cases recently.

Cases are often seen in unvaccinated dogs due to the ability of the virus to survive in the environment for over a year with resistance to commonly used disinfectants and freezing temperatures.

Symptoms include: lethargy, loss of appetite, diarrhoea/haemorrhagic diarrhoea 💩

The best way to protect your dog is with regular vaccinations throughout their life. Unvaccinated dogs are at risk and it is usually fatal without intensive treatment. Check with your vet today if your dog’s vaccinations are up to date.

✅ Be visible – darker walks mean reflective collars and leads are a must

He was found in the kingsmere area.

This morning we've had a stray kitten handed into us. He is around 3-4 months old and doesn't have a microchip. He was found in the kingsmere area and is very friendly, so we think he's gone on a little adventure away from home!

Welcome Nova 🐾💗

This gorgeous girl recently came in for her very first visit with us! And she has officially joined our Pet Health Club! 🎉

Our PHC is the best way to keep your new puppy or kitten healthy and happy with all preventative health care costs such as vaccinations, flea and worming treatment etc covered in one simple monthly payment.
