Update On Clinical Note Taking- Things Are Changing! ☺️
A note to all our clients, as of next week we will be using hands free technology that picks up important details and turns them into short written summaries for your pets clinical records. We store this summary for clinical reasons and ensure it includes information relating to pets care allowing us to improve our service and efficiency.

This involves software that uses AI technology and records our conversations with you. Our clinical members of staff will be trying out this way of note taking, and informing you when you come into your appointment, however if you'd prefer us not to use this during your pets consultation please do let us know. We'll always respect your choice.

This morning a cat managed to escape from his carrier whilst being brought to us for a procedure.
We have set up a trap in hopes of catching him as he is feral and not used to human interaction.
He is an entire male, all white cat- if you see him around please could you contact us.
Please do not try to collect him yourself as he may cause you or himself harm, as he will understandably be very frightened.

EU issued pet passports will no longer be valid for GB residents, even if they were issued prior to 22 April 2026. You will now need an Animal Health Certificate (AHC) for each trip to the EU.
