🐾 I’M BAAAACK! 🐾

Just a little update to let you all know that I’m back home after a wonderful holiday! ✈️☀️🥰

I’m currently running on zero hours of sleep since Saturday (night flights are definitely NOT for me 😞😂), so I’ll be slowly catching up and replying to all your messages and getting all your fur babies booked in for their appointments. 🐶🫶🏻

🐾 Flea Policy 🐾

To protect all of my clients, my grooming environment, and my home, I operate a strict no-fleas policy.

Before your appointment, please check your dog for any signs of fleas or flea dirt (small black specks). If you suspect your dog has fleas, please let me know before your appointment so we can rearrange once they have been treated.

If fleas are found before your dog’s groom:
Your appointment will be cancelled, and your dog will be sent home to be treated. Once your dog has completed an effective flea treatment and is flea-free, you are welcome to book a new appointment.

If fleas are discovered during the groom:
The groom will be stopped immediately. Your dog will receive a bath and a rough dry only, and you will be charged for the work already carried out. This charge will vary depending on your dog’s size, coat type, and the time involved.

A £15 decontamination fee will also apply. This covers the mandatory treatment and cleaning required after fleas are found, including the grooming room, equipment, towels, bedding, and other items, to help prevent the spread of fleas and protect my home, my grooming environment, and other dogs.

This policy is non-negotiable and is applied consistently to every client.

Please note that fleas can sometimes be present without owners being aware, so keeping your dog’s flea prevention up to date and carrying out a quick check before your appointment is greatly appreciated.
