Twice as Nice!
One black cockerpoo is nice, but two are twice as nice! We were very happy to welcome Lulu and Lady for their joint spa day - after all everything is twice as nice when you share with your bestie!

Some days you can’t be bothered to do anything. Luckily for Dash the greyhound/lurcher our spa is so thoughtfully laid out that he barely had to lift a paw during his groom. At Groom Armada we’re all about making our clients relaxed and comfortable - even if they can’t be bothered to stand up.

We always look forward so much to Monty's visits to the salon. He's a large standard poodle with the sweetest nature, a real great big teddy bear. Who's a good Boy? Monty's a good boy!! ♥️

As we approach the summer, it seems a good time to remind you of the need to keep your pet’s coat free from tangles and matting. Although some owners love their treasured pets to look like a fluffy teddy bear, it’s important to remember that there is a welfare side to grooming too. Matts which are allowed to develop can become very painful for your dog. The matts can pull at the skin painfully to the point where it’s not possible to comb or brush them out without inflicting severe discomfort. In the worst cases, they can harbour skin infections. Even shaving out the matts can be a painful experience. At Groom Armada we always take things slowly and gently to ensure that your canine friend will emerge from the groom not only looking refreshed and feeling much happier, but also to make sure that it’s not a traumatic experience, but a gentle loving process of getting your pet back to pristine condition.
