Meet Frank 🐾💛

Frank popped in for a full pamper and left feeling fresh, comfy and very pleased with himself (as he should be).

Today’s glow-up included:
🛁 Bath & brush
🧹 De-shedding to remove loose coat
👂 Ears cleaned
✂️ Nails trimmed
🐾 Re-hydrating cream for paws & nose (because those wrinkles deserve TLC)

We always tailor each groom to what the dog actually needs — comfort first, gentle handling always, and lots of reassurance along the way.

Frank took it all like a champ… especially the pampering part 😌

My booking calendar has decided to have a tiny meltdown 🫠
Nothing dramatic… but to make sure every pup’s pamper slot is 100% safe, I’m doing a good old-fashioned reset ✍️📖

This is Ted’s full grooming journey at Sweet Pea - Pet Grooming 🐶

Ted came in for a full groom including a bath, brush, nail trim, ear clean and a lion cut ✂️🐾

Lion cuts are a great option for small dogs who need comfort, easy maintenance and still want to keep their personality.

Every groom is gentle, calm and tailored to the dog in front of me — because trust matters just as much as the finish 💛

And yes… he left smelling like Dog Creed because luxury isn’t just for humans ✨

Okay but can we just take a moment for Kobie 🐶

Because THIS little floof is the definition of well-maintained and well-loved.

Freshly groomed and feeling fabulous, Kobie comes in every 4–6 weeks to maintain his coat and keep it consistent and comfy. Regular grooms like this make such a difference — not just for his coat, but for his confidence too 💛

We’re building confidence together one groom at a time, and seeing him relax more with each visit is honestly the best part of my job. And once he’s all finished? Straight in for the post-groom snuggle (his absolute favourite 🥹).

Happy pup, healthy coat, and all the cuddles 🐾✨

I realised I’ve never properly introduced myself on here, so this post is for my lovely long-time followers and anyone new who’s just joined 💕

I’m the face behind Sweet Pea - Pet Grooming ✂️🐶
With 10+ years of experience in dog grooming, I genuinely love my job and every single dog (and human!) that walks through my door.

I’m truly passionate about what I do. From tiny pups to big characters, nervous dogs to confident ones, every groom is done with patience, care and lots of love. These photos pretty much sum it up… cuddles, trust, and happy dogs are what it’s all about 🐕✨

For anyone new around here, I’m Emma, and I’ve been a professional dog groomer for over 10 years. I truly love what I do and feel so lucky to work with the most amazing dogs (and their lovely owners!) every single day 🐶✂️

Sweet Pea Pet Grooming is all about providing calm, caring, and high-quality grooming in a relaxed environment where your dogs feel safe, comfortable, and well looked after. My clients and their pets mean the world to me, and building those long-term relationships is one of the best parts of the job.

We’ve also recently had a little logo refresh, giving things a cleaner look with a fresh pop of colour — still very much us, just updated 💙💛
