📋 Newport Poo Patrol – Terms & Conditions

To ensure a smooth and reliable service for everyone, please take a moment to read the following:

🐶 Bookings

- A £15 deposit is required for all first-time deep cleans to secure your booking.
- Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

🐶 Cancellations

- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment can be rescheduled.
- The £15 deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
- If I arrive at the property and am unable to access the garden, this will be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit will be retained.

🐶 Photos

- Before and after photos may be taken to demonstrate the service provided and may be used on social media or for promotional purposes.
- If you would prefer that photos are not taken or shared, please let me know before your appointment and I will happily respect your wishes.

🐶 Access & Safety

- Please ensure access to the garden is available at the agreed appointment time.
- Any dogs should be secured where necessary to allow the service to be carried out safely.

🐶 No Judgement Policy

- Every customer and every garden is different. Newport Poo Patrol is a judgement-free service. My aim is simply to help you enjoy a cleaner, safer outdoor space for you and your dogs.

👋 Hi everyone,

Apologies for being a bit quiet over the last couple of weeks. I've been taking some time away from the page to enjoy the half-term break with the kids and make some family memories 😊

Now that we're back into the routine, Newport Poo Patrol is back and ready to help keep your gardens clean and enjoyable again 🐶🐾

I currently have a few spaces available this Saturday for:

✔ One-off deep cleans
✔ Regular maintenance visits
✔ Returning customers who would like to get back on the schedule

As always, there's absolutely no judgement here. Life gets busy, circumstances change, and sometimes the garden gets away from us. My job is simply to help get it back to a space that you and your dog can enjoy again.
