Crossways Kennels, Cattery, Grooming and Hydrotherapy centre is a family owned and run business. We also cater for food allergies.

All our staff are fully trained, accredited and dedicated to the care of the animals who stay with us 🐾 Crossways Kennels is a family owned and run business and has been in existence for more than 30 years. The Kennel is set in extensive grounds in the beautiful Surrey countryside and easily accessed from junctions 8 and 9 of the M25. All our staff are fully trained and dedicated to the care and w

ell-being of the animals who stay with us, including animals who are on all types of medication. We feel it is important for new boarders’ owners to view the kennels and cattery before booking to meet us and find out about the daily routine their pets will have during his or her stay. Viewing is available during our opening hours and no appointment is necessary. We look forward to meeting

Bruno is a 9 year old Boxer x looking for a loving new home due to a family bereavement. He’s an affectionate, energetic and strong boy who absolutely loves people and enjoys being part of the family.

This week we said goodbye to Tabby after an incredible two years with us 💛

Starting as a weekend kennel hand, Tabby quickly became a full-time member of the team before going on to complete her grooming apprenticeship - a journey that perfectly reflects her dedication, confidence, and determination.

She’s been a huge asset to the team, always bringing a positive attitude, plenty of laughs, and a genuine love for every animal she worked with. Even when faced with challenges, Tabby took everything in her stride and achieved so much — something we’re all really proud of. 🏆

Now, after completing her apprenticeship with Charlotte at Noble Hound Grooming, she’s off on a well-earned summer of travelling (we’re only slightly jealous!).

Tabby, thank you for everything — your hard work, your humour, and your big heart. It won’t be the same without you, but we can’t wait to see where your next adventure takes you.

Don’t forget about us while you’re off exploring the world 🌎🐾

Happy 50th Birthday, Emma 🎈

Today we’re celebrating a very special milestone for the heart and soul of Crossways Kennels.

Emma, your hard work, loyalty, and dedication to both the business and every single animal in your care never go unnoticed. You’ve built something truly special — not just a business, but a place full of care, commitment, and a team that feels like family.

No job is ever too big (or too messy!) for you. Whether it’s keeping on top of ever-changing rules and licensing or getting stuck straight into the kennel graft, you lead from the front every single day.

We’re not entirely sure you know what a day off is as we always find you popping in “just to check on things”! No phone call is complete without a cheerful “hello there, hi, it’s Emma” — a phrase we all know and love.

You’re not just an incredible boss, but also a great friend to so many of us, and we feel very lucky to be part of your team.

We hope you manage to take at least a little time to celebrate properly today.

Thank you for everything you do — for us, for Crossways, and for every animal that comes through your doors.

These two lovely Tollers have headed home after their first stay with us 🧡

They settled in so well—kennelled separately but enjoyed their walks and garden time together, where their playful sides really came out.

It’s always such a pleasure meeting new dogs and getting to know their unique personalities, and these two were no exception.
