A big warm welcome to Lenny 🖤

This handsome fella will be joining me on some adventures throughout the week and I couldn’t be happier about it!

Lenny is an 11yr old poodle but is definitely still a puppy at heart - he loves bounding through the fields and exploring the trails, but is just as excited for his post walk treats & cuddles 😆

I’m looking forward to lots more walks together! 🐾

Earlier this week I completed the ‘Managing Safe Interactions Between Dogs’ webinar course with Caroline Clark: Pet Education and Training 🐾

It was a really interesting course, refreshing my knowledge on how to safely supervise and manage interactions between dogs of all ages, play styles and levels of socialisation.

Learning what cues and signals to look out for when dogs are interacting (both positive and negative), when to intervene, how to do that safely for both humans and dogs and much more!

Courses like this are invaluable as a dog walker, to ensure I am constantly learning about dogs and their behaviour so my clients can be assured their dogs are in the safest hands when out on walks with Moochin’ Pooches 🐶

And to my clients, thank you for trusting me to look after your pooches for all these years and helping me build a business that 8 year old Lyd would only dream of 💫 each and every one of you will always have a special place in my heart 🫶🏻 And thank you for all the gifts and cards with such kind words, they have genuinely meant so much to me.

How lucky I am to have such great people, families and doggos who have made saying goodbye so tough.

But I hope this isn’t goodbye, just a see you soon ♥️
