Really appreciate feedback like this — it’s a big reminder of why I enjoy this job so much 🤍🐴

Bella has been lovely to work with, and it’s been so rewarding building her trust throughout each session. Huge thank you to Heather for trusting me with her care 🐴🫶🏼

Life is busy, and time passes far too quickly, but the moments at the stables where I don’t have to rush will always be my favourite days.

It’s been us for 16 years, and I still find myself reliving all the fun we had and every adventure we’ve shared. Yet somehow, watching you live your very best life in retirement has become my favourite chapter of all.

Bob being the perfect model for the Epiony heat pad 🐴✨

One of the simplest but best pieces of equipment to use alongside my massage treatments. Warm muscles are much easier to work through, helping to break down tightness, knots, and provide amazing pain relief for horses.

Safe to say Bob definitely appreciated his massage by the end 🤎

Fonteyn enjoying her monthly massage — I think we both enjoyed the sunshine too ☀️

Fonteyn is continuing to move up through the levels in her dressage career, so keeping her feeling and moving her best with regular massage treatments is essential. Supporting her body to move comfortably and correctly will help her perform at her full potential.

I can’t wait to watch her progress over the coming months alongside her lovely owner ✨

There’s something about the 1st of May that makes you stop and look back…

Winter.

“bloody hell… we made it.” 😅🐴

Because winter for us isn’t just a season…
it’s an endurance test.

• frozen taps
• mud that tries to claim your soul
• headtorches and late-night checks
• riding in the dark (or not riding at all)
• endless layers… that still aren’t enough
• questioning every life choice at least once a week 🤣

It’s showing up when it’s cold, wet, miserable…
when motivation is low
when everything feels harder than it should

And yet…

You still went.
You still mucked out.
You still checked them, fed them, worried about them, cared for them.

That’s not small.

That’s commitment.

And now?

The grass is coming through 🌱
The evenings are lighter 🌅
The mud is mostly retreating (let’s not get cocky… this is the UK 😬🤣)
The horses feel brighter
And so do we.

There’s this quiet feeling of…

“We got through it.”

Not perfectly.
Not gracefully.
But we showed up.

And honestly?

That counts for more than any perfect ride, rosette, or result.

So if you’re standing there this May, coffee in hand, horse in front of you…

Just take a second.

Because you didn’t just survive winter…

You earned this bit 🤍

Kadi soaking up the sunshine during his routine massage ☀️✨

I honestly can’t recommend regular massages enough — the difference they make in a horse’s comfort, movement, and overall wellbeing is incredible. Keeping them feeling their best isn’t a luxury, it’s part of good care 🐎💛

Keeping your horse feeling comfortable and moving well is what it’s all about 🐎

Regular equine sports massage can really make a difference — helping to ease muscle tension, improve flexibility, and support recovery after work. It’s also a great way to pick up on any small issues early, before they turn into bigger problems.

Whether your horse is in regular work or just out enjoying life, consistent care helps them stay happy, relaxed, and moving freely.

Feel free to message if you’d like to book in or ask any questions 🐴✨🫶🏼
