🐾 Important Grooming Notice 🐾

Due to exceptionally high demand, we are unable to accept any new customers requiring Saturday appointments at this time.

✂️ We are currently fully booked for full grooms until the end of July, and our December/Christmas diary is already almost full.

To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise all customers to book ahead and keep their dogs on a regular grooming schedule.

⚠️ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please note that if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel without sufficient notice, full payment for the missed appointment will be required. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in us being unable to offer any future appointments.

We appreciate the support of our loyal customers and ask that you respect our time, as missed appointments cannot always be filled at short notice.

🐾 MATTING ….THE HIDDEN PROBLEM 🐾

“But I brush my dog every day…”

This is something we hear a lot, and often owners genuinely are brushing their dogs. The problem is that many brushes only skim the surface, leaving knots and tangles tight against the skin where you can’t easily see them.

The photos below show the amount of matted coat removed from a dog that appeared fluffy on the outside. Underneath, the coat had become tightly compacted and uncomfortable.

Matting isn’t just a cosmetic issue. It can:
❌ Pull on the skin and cause pain
❌ Trap dirt, moisture and bacteria
❌ Hide sores, lumps and skin problems
❌ Restrict movement
