💔 LEEROY'S REHOMING APPEAL 💔2yr old Labrador X staffy.
So far this beautiful boy hasn't had any visitors, we would really love to get him back into a home again.
Leeroy would really really like a forever home. He is a sensitive big boy, who bonds to his humans and wants to be with you as much as he can be. He will become your best friend, shadow and protector. ❤

He could live with another dog (female) following a meet and greet. Or he would also be more than happy being the only dog and getting all the attention :) He craves human company much more than dog company.

He has previously been raised in a home, but would need some one home most of the day and could build up his leaving times. He does need lead training, as he can be strong and at times he can be reactive on lead towards other dogs. But we are happy to cover training for this, he just needs a commited forever home who will give him some time to learn and become his best self. He was previously raised in a very rural home, which did mean he missed out on alot of socialisation and exposure to the outside world. With some time, patience and training support from a positive trainer, I have no doubts he will continue to flourish into a wonderful boy. A home in a more rural or calm area would be best, so he can get the training support he needs, without constant stress around him.

We need to find leo another foster asap or he will be going back into kennels, and we dont want to have to do that!!!!! 😞💔

Leo is still waiting.
Waiting to be seen.
Waiting for the right person.

Despite being a good boy in the pound, Leo has struggled with some behavioural issues in his current foster and has had no suitable interest 💔 and now he urgently needs an experienced foster home to give him the chance he so desperately deserves so we don’t have to put him back into kennels 😩

Leo is a pocket bully who in foster has shown resource guarding around his bed/sleeping area and some reactivity when out and about. That doesn’t make him a bad dog — it means he’s struggling to feel secure and needs someone who understands behaviour, structure and boundaries.

We won’t dress this up, because Leo deserves honesty.

Leo needs:
• An experienced foster (bully breed experience ideal)
• Confidence with behavioural challenges
• An adult-only home
• No other pets
• A calm environment
• Commitment to work with our behaviourist

These are non-negotiable, but they are exactly what Leo needs to succeed.

Leo isn’t asking for perfection.
He’s asking for patience.
For someone who won’t give up when things aren’t easy.

He deserves the chance to decompress, to learn, and to show the dog he can be with the right support.
