A little bit of a rare treat in the salon today 🐾✨

The gorgeous Fox Terrier Finn— a breed you don’t see nearly as often these days, but what a little character! 😍 Freshly groomed, looking super smart and showing exactly why this classic breed deserves more attention. ✂️🐶

🐶 DID YOU KNOW? Your dog can be matted even if they look fluffy! 👀

One of the biggest surprises for owners is finding out that matting often starts underneath the coat, close to the skin — so the top can look perfectly brushed!

A quick little test at home 👇

🪮 Take a metal comb and gently run it through the coat from the skin right to the ends.

If the comb gets stuck, there could be tangles or matting hiding underneath.

💡 Groomer tip: Pay extra attention behind the ears, armpits, legs, collar/harness areas and around the tail — these are some of the first places knots like to appear!

Regular brushing + combing between appointments = a happier dog, healthier coat and a much better chance of keeping that lovely fluffy finish. 🐾✨

To all my lovely customers.
Unfortunately I've made the difficult decision to return home to Belfast for various personal reasons.
I would like to thank each and everyone of you for trusting me with your furry ones over the years and all your support. It has been an absolute pleasure.
I will be working up to the end of june so plenty of time to get those last bookings in . Hope to see you all before I go.
