                                            📣 Autumn Hazards 🍂
Did you know?
As the leaves fall, some hidden autumn dangers appear!
🍄 Mushrooms, conkers, and acorns may look harmless on your autumn walks, but they can actually make your dog very unwell.
🍫 With trick-or-treating season here, there’s often more chocolate and sweets around the house. Keep them well out of reach, as chocolate is toxic to dogs and cats.
🧊 Antifreeze is a common winter product containing ethylene glycol, which is extremely poisonous to cats and dogs. Even a few drops can be harmful, so wipe up any spills immediately and store bottles securely.
🐶 Keep your pets safe by:
✅ Preventing them from picking up or chewing fallen nuts, seeds, or fungi.
✅ Keeping a close eye when walking in wooded areas or parks.
✅ Storing chocolate, sweets, and antifreeze safely out of reach.
✅ Call us right away if your pet eats something they shouldn’t
Stay safe this season, happy walks from all of us at Braemar Veterinary Clinic! 🐾
