A Walk in the Bark Dog Walking and Pet Services A happy dog is a tired dog and a tired dog is a healthy dog. Health, well-being and safety is of upmost importance to us.

We have over 30 years of experience of dogs and dogs being around us.Our number one commitment is to the dogs we serve. Whether your dog is large, small or somewhere in between, we can offer a service that is tailored to suit so please contact us with your requests. Short Walk/Toilet Break /Pop In visits (20mins)

If you only want us to come down and let your dog out for a quick toilet break/short

walk cost will be £6 per visit. We can offer 3 visits a day at the cost of £15. (Morning, afternoon, Evening) - this would be of use if your dog is elderly or has medication that needs to be administered. Puppy Visits (under 1 year) £6 per visit. If you have a wee one and you need someone to go and check on them we can nip down to your property to check on them – we can let them out for a quick toilet and clean up any mess they may have made. £10 (if there is more than one dog from same home then we will charge additional £3 per dog. One to One Walk (45mins) £12
For the shy or unsociable dog we can offer a individual walking service. Day Care

Whether you are away an overnight, a short/long trip or for those unforeseen circumstances at short notice, we would love to look after your dog! If you are reluctant to place your dog in kennels. We can offer to either take your dog into our family home for the duration of your trip or if you would prefer your pet can still stay in your family home and tend to your dog from there * Please contact us for further info and prices. If you want us to look after any birds and small furry animals then we can offer feeding services. (£6 per visit)

*2025 Home Boarding update and Christmas holidays*

We are taking no further home boarding bookings for this year, We have done more boarding than usual this year and we are a bit knackered now. 😴🤣

On the subject of knackered we are taking an extended Christmas holiday as we haven't taken any time off this year. We will be stopping on Friday 19th December and will return to work on Wednesday 07th January. 🎅
