Dear customers

A gentle reminder.

Over the past few months there has been an increasing number of customers booking appointments and not attending without any notification.

I understand that on occasions there is a valid reason for a customer to cancel their appointment and I appreciate and thank those customers who take the time to contact the salon and let me know. This then allows me to contact other customers who are waiting to book their dog/cat in.

Unfortunately this has left me with no choice but to charge non attending customers who don’t let me know by either a telephone call, email or message a missed appointment fee of £15, this will come into effect immediately and I will be contacting those customers to arrange payment before booking a new appointment.

Update re emails - just to let you all know my email is still down, the technical team are continuing to look into and hopefully have a speedy resolution.
So unfortunately I still cannot retrieve any emails to reply to them.
The salon is still open, please contact me via my page, messenger or ring the salon 01234 768303.

Two young cats come in for their grooming. Nail cut and good brush to get the dead hair out. They enjoy it,
I got lots of dead hair out for them. 🐈‍⬛ 🐈

A beautiful 11 month old Cane Corso came in today to have his nails cut. He was such a good boy 👍

He loved the pampering and he was a very happy bunny 🐇
