🐑🌍 Sheepdog World Trial 2026 – Corrected WT26 Country Allocations Update

We would like to confirm the allocations awarded to the following countries for the World Trial 2026.

An earlier version of the allocations showed inconsistencies in places awarded, stemming from the original data, which has been carefully reviewed and corrected. The additional available places for 2026 have been awarded based on overall rankings from 2023 with top performing nations being awarded additional places subject to a minimum quantity of 2 places and maximum of 21 per nation.

We thank everyone for their understanding, and we’re looking forward to welcoming the World’s best handlers, dogs, and supporters in 2026! 🐕🏆

Communications will also be sent directly to National contacts next week with further information.

🌟👏 A huge round of applause for Chelsea Elkin, winner of the 2025 International Supreme Young Handler at just 14 years old!

With her dog Marchup Jan, Chelsea showed skill, composure, and real partnership to take home the title at this year’s International Supreme, held at the beautiful Brynkinalt Estate, Chirk, Wrexham 🐑✨

Such an achievement at such a young age is truly inspiring — the future is very bright for Chelsea and Marchup Jan.

🏆🐑 Huge congratulations to Seumas Campbell , winner of the 2025 International Brace Championship at the beautiful Brynkinalt Estate, Chirk, Wrexham!

Running Queen and Shadwell Ceit, Seumas delivered a skilful and composed performance to take the title with a total of 409 points 👏✨

Guiding two dogs in perfect harmony at the International Supreme is no small feat, and this achievement is a brilliant testament to Seumas’s talent and teamwork.

Well done Seumas, Queen & Shadwell Ceit — worthy Brace Champions of 2025! 🎉

🎉 Congratulations to Kevin Evans on an outstanding result at the 2025 International Supreme, hosted at the stunning Brynkinalt Estate, Chirk, Wrexham.

Running Bryn Moel Jet, Kevin produced a brilliant run that earned him second place with 606 points 🐑✨

It was a display of great teamwork and talent, and a well-deserved place right at the top of the leader board.

🌟 What a fantastic time at the beautiful Brynkinalt Estate, Chirk, Wrexham, for the 2025 International Supreme!

In front of a wonderful gathering, Dewi Jenkins showed the very best of skill and teamwork with his dogs. With Clwyd Bob, he was crowned Supreme Champion on an outstanding 611 points 🏆🐑

And to make the occasion even more special, Dewi also guided Jock into third place with 592 points — an achievement that speaks volumes about dedication, talent, and partnership.

Two dogs in the top three, at the very highest level. Congratulations, Dewi, Bob & Jock — a Supreme to remember! 🎉

The last big day of the ISDS Trials season 2025 is tomorrow! Tune in, turn up or find a way to follow the action!

Please note that the ISDS Trials Committee have decided to slightly alter the running order to enable Dean McAuley and Dewi Jenkins a short break between their two runs. Therefore run 25 will be before Run 23.

Runs start at 8am - Good luck to all the handlers and dogs in the 2025 International Supreme😃
