To our wonderful customers,
It’s with a heavy heart that we announce the closing of the main retail side of our business. This week will be our last normal week of trade, and we invite you to join us for a special sale in-store this Saturday during our regular hours (9:30-12:30). All subscriptions will automatically be cancelled beyond this week.
This decision comes from the need to prioritise health and to be able to spend more time as a family. We also feel that due to the size of the business it makes it challenging to give our staff and customers the attention they deserve.
But this isn’t goodbye! Brett will be continuing his studies into canine nutrition and will still be offering consultations with dietary advice, and personalised diet plans. If you or anyone you know need any assistance, feel free to get in touch at [email protected]
Additionally, if you need help sourcing your pet’s food after this week, let us know. We are happy to help you find another local supplier to meet your needs.
We want to thank you all for your incredible support over the past six years. Your loyalty has meant the world to us. We also want to say a very huge thank you to our staff who have given us there all and kept Thumper’s running for the last few months ❤️
