Morning lotl lovers 🥰...the first pairing of the year has officially arrived 🥳. The OG weirdo LJ has laid some fabulous beans with Joey. I paired these two back in 2022 and got what we THOUGHT were copper mels (among others)...with the knowledge we have on morphs at present, we now know that they are a little bit more special than copper mels 😜

The same applies to me...i do not and will not sell or rehome morphs that are banned in the UK.

Quick post-
This past week I have had a increase of messages asking if I have GFP Axolotls available! The answer is no!
GFP Axolotls are illegal in the uk, and for good reason! I’m aware that someone else in the community advertised them, but I do not support or condone selling animals that are banned and illegal in the uk.

Its come to my attention that a buyer beware post has resulted in personal attacks being chucked about.

Its one thing to come after the lotl hobby etc., have an opinion/call people out/ go back and forth regarding the community and ethics, but to have the audacity and disrespect to start bringing up people's personal business and private life is a disgrace.

Anyone that follows me and has been involved in that disgusting, foul low life behaviour will be removed from my page with immediate effect.

This is one of the many reasons i left the community - people seem to have no boundaries and think it's okay to cross lines with foolish remarks or think they know it all when you know everything about nothing.

To all my lotl lovers....Please also take this as a warning for the future - never ever speak on people's private lives especially when you don't know them personally or what they've been through. Social media gives individuals a false sense of bravery and power to think that they can say and do whatever they want with no regard for real life consequences.

Always remember that you should be prepared to behave in the same way in person as you would when behind a screen.

I don't fluff things up with that whole "be kind" phrase...so I'll end with this...keep people's personal business out of your mouth (and off your keyboard) and have respect for private matters that don't concern you. The community will be a lot better for it!
